1. Failure diagnosis and cost reduction
Thanks to the pneumatically actuated valve with positioner, by means of signal feedback, it predicts and diagnoses whether the device is in opening and closing condition, and whether the regulating flow is accurate.
This process avoids process, time and labor problems, becoming an ally in cost reduction. Because its use allows to adequately modify the flow characteristics of the pneumatically actuated valve, which reduces the purchase of parts, assembly time, increases productivity and the cost is lower.
2. Digital communication
It has remote communication through user-defined protocols. With a HART
communication protocol (remote transducer applied to industrial process measurement and control), the positioner carries out the input signal and the valve signal on the same transmission line. In the combination of pneumatically actuated valve, positioner and PID control function module, makes the control faster and more timely.
In addition, the intelligent pneumatic valve controls the remote-control valve switch, as it
