our History
TYSA de México S.A. de C.V. was founded in 1974, in Mexico. Our purpose is to create various industrial valves to provide solutions throughout the country, that is why we are dedicated to the Manufacture, Repair and Maintenance of Valves.

1974
- MASISA (Materiales, Accesorios y Suministros Industriales S.A.) is founded for the commercialization of products and equipment to the industry.
1976
- The Trademark “LAVSA” is registered for the manufacture of valves.
- Latinoamericana de Valves S.A. is founded
1980
- The first automatic diaphragm valve designs are created.
- Our Foundry plant had been inagurated (MEHISA) and our Factory rubber packaging for the manufacturing diaphragms and seals (PERSA).
1990
- The 16 ”diaphragm valve design is created and the plant’s manufacturing capacity is expanded to 5,900 valves per year.
2000
- TYSA de México (Tecnología y Servicios Aplicados) is founded for specialized technical advice on solutions, with the purpose of reducing maintenance stoppages at industrial plants.
2021
- New designs and optimization of parts are created. New range of valves: teflon coated gate (1”-10”), AWWA butterflies (3”-76”), teflon coated ball (1/2”-6”) and solutions in plastic and coated pipe systems teflon.
